Installation & Commissioning
Our field service team handles complete mechanical and electrical installation of flow meters, level transmitters, liquid analysers, gas detectors, and field instruments. We perform loop checks, signal verification, and full commissioning documentation — including as-built drawings, calibration records, and handover reports — ensuring your instruments are operational and compliant from day one.

Calibration & Certification
Labtech operates a fully equipped calibration laboratory with NABL-traceable reference standards for flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical parameters. We issue calibration certificates compliant with ISO 17025, OIML, and MID requirements. On-site calibration services are available for instruments that cannot be removed from process, minimising plant downtime.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts provide scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority breakdown response, and spare parts management for your entire instrument fleet. AMC customers receive dedicated account management, quarterly health reports, and preferential pricing on replacement parts and consumables — reducing total cost of ownership and eliminating unplanned downtime.

Repair & Overhaul
Labtech's repair centre provides factory-standard overhaul and refurbishment for all instruments in our product range. Faulty units are diagnosed, repaired to original specification, recalibrated, and returned with a full test report and warranty. Express repair turnaround is available for critical process instruments.

Training & Technical Support

System Integration & Engineering
Our engineering team designs and builds custom instrument panels, junction boxes, and marshalling cabinets to project specifications.
